Reese’s Pieces Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie
Prep Time: 20–25 minutes
Bake Time (if making homemade crust): 8–10 minutes
Cooling Time for Crust: 20–30 minutes
Chill/Set Time: Minimum 4 hours (overnight is best)
Ingredients:
Crust
1 cookie pie crust (store-bought chocolate Oreo-style works great!)
OR Homemade Crust (see below)
Peanut Butter Filling
1 cup creamy peanut butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
Chocolate Layer
½ cup heavy cream
Topping
¾ cup Reese’s Pieces
Optional: mini peanut butter cups, chocolate drizzle, whipped cream
You will also need:
2 mixing bowls
Sauce pan
Mixer
Pie pan (if making the homemade crust)
Instructions:
Make the Peanut Butter Filling:
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
Beat until creamy.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fluffy.
Place into Crust:
Spread the peanut butter filling evenly into the crust.
Chill 30–45 minutes.
Make the Chocolate Ganache:
Heat ½ cup heavy cream in a saucepan on the stove until hot (not boiling).
Pour chocolate chips into a separate bowl and pour the hot cream over them.
Let sit 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
Pour the cream and chocolate mixture over the chilled peanut butter layer in the pie crust and spread evenly.
Add Toppings
Sprinkle Reese’s Pieces over the chocolate layer while still slightly soft.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours (overnight is best).
Slice & Serve
Let sit out 10–15 minutes before slicing for clean cuts.

If you want a delicious crust from scratch:
Ingredients:
24 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed (Oreos are a great choice!)
5 tbsp melted butter
Instructions:
Mix ingredients and press into a pie dish.
Bake at 350°F for 8–10 minutes.
Cool completely before filling.
