Coleslaw
In my family, just like any family down south, coleslaw is a crowd favorite. And, I’m not sure if you know it but folks can be very particular about their slaw. Some like it sweet and some like it with a vinegar twang. But, if I'm honest, I have not met a slaw that I don't like.
It’s a great pairing for a barbecued meat or fried seafood. It also works well as a crunchy and delicious topping for tacos and sandwiches. This particular recipe is my family's favorite and I hope that you'll enjoy it as well.
