Quiche Lorraine
There's something special about a leisurely weekend brunch—the kind where the coffee is flowing, the conversation lingers, and no one is in a hurry to leave the table. Quiche Lorraine is one of those timeless dishes that feels both elegant and effortless, making it just as welcome at a Sunday family breakfast as it is at a bridal shower or holiday brunch spread.
With its buttery, flaky crust, savory bacon, ham, and cheese, this Quiche Lorraine recipe proves that simple ingredients can create something truly memorable. The best part? It can be made ahead of time and served warm or at room temperature, giving you more time to enjoy your guests and less time standing over the stove. Pair it with a fresh fruit salad and a simple green salad, and you've got a meal that's as beautiful as it is delicious.

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Bake the crust until lightly golden (usually round 10-15 minutes but keep an eye on it).
While the crust is baking, dice the bacon. Then saute it in a non-stick pan over MEDIUM heat, stirring occasionally until crispy (about 8-10 minutes).
Remove bacon and place on a paper towel to catch the excess grease.
Once the pie shell is ready, sprinkle the bacon, ham, and cheese into the shell.
Put the eggs, Half & Half, and seasonings into the blender and mix together.
Pour this mixture over other ingredients in the pie shell.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Enjoy!
